Everyone is eligible -- dependents must meet dependent status. Spouse and children up to 19 and full-time students up to 23 are eligible dependents.  

Premiums:   Individual $ 6.00 per month Individual + Family $10.00 per month  

Payments can be made by check, bank draft or credit card on a Quarterly, Semi-Annual or Annual basis.

Member (Customer) Service:  Experienced representatives answer every call on the toll free 1.800.441.0380 between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.

Members may also visit their website at www.careington.com. Both the Member Services Department and website will assist members in locating a dentist by zip-code or other criteria, such as handicap accessibility, office hours, year in practice, dental school, language spoken and of course, type of expertise needed: routine maintenance, oral surgery, orthodontics or other specialty care.

Members can also request a particular dentist to be added to the provider list and simply call to replace I.D. cards, which will be mailed within 48 hours. CAREington's language line also makes it simple for members to communicate questions about their benefits or to locate providers in over 200 languages.
